Delete your account and data
You can delete your Vaikara Shmo account and all the data stored in it at any time, without contacting anyone.
How to delete
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account details (name and email address).
- Your ratings and your membership in families you were invited to.
- Families you created, together with their names list, votes and participants.
- Comments, community consultations and feedback you sent.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Payment data (if you bought Premium) is kept by Stripe as required by law and is not stored by us.
Can't access the app?
Email us at support@ma-shmo.base44.app from the email address you signed up with, and we'll delete the account and all its data within 30 days.
